Purpose

To curate a collection of inspirational resources that can help manage stress, and inspire a sense of meaning, hope, purpose and belonging. This activity provides an opportunity to note what makes something inspiring, and how different people can be inspired in different ways.

Time required: Each member can spend time in advance to select their contribution, spend 5 minutes sharing, more time for discussion if desired.
